A 1/8 Share will include at least 50 lbs of meat (multiply for larger shares) and includes:
2 of: Bone-In Ribeye
1 each of: Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Chuck Arm Roast, Cube Steak, Top Round Steak, Sandwich Steak, Stew Meat
An additional 1-2 steaks from: New York Strip, Sirloin Filet, Denver Steak, Bone-in Ribeye, Chuck Eye Steak
20-23 lbs of Ground Beef
Remainder from: Osso Bucco, Brisket, Chuck Arm Roast, Boneless Chuck Roast, Picanha, Chuck Short Ribs, Cube Steak, Flank Steak, Flanken Ribs, Flat Iron Steak, Heart Steak, Mock Tender, Rib Cut Short Ribs, Sirloin Tip Roast, Sirloin Tip Steaks, Skirt Steak, Stew Meat, Tablita, Tenderloin Toranado.
