Welcome to Capital H Farm. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through capitalhfarm.com (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products and Availability Capital H Farm offers beef, poultry, and related agricultural products for sale directly to consumers. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, refuse service to any customer, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Ordering and Payment Orders placed through our Site are considered reservations. During the order process, we collect your contact information so that we can follow up to arrange delivery or pickup. Final pricing is based on delivery location or pickup and actual weight of meat desired. Payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery We offer delivery and pickup options based on your location and preferences. After you place a reservation through our Site, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery or pickup time. Final pricing is calculated based on the actual weight of your order and your selected delivery method. Please ensure that your contact and delivery information is accurate so we can complete your order efficiently.
4. Refund and Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
5. Farm Shares and Reservations When you reserve a half or quarter beef share, you are committing to purchase a portion of a live animal that will be processed in accordance with USDA or state regulations. A deposit may be required to hold your share. Final pricing is based on hanging weight, and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance prior to delivery.
6. Regenerative and Ethical Practices We are committed to regenerative agriculture and humane animal husbandry. While we strive to maintain consistency in our methods, factors such as weather, seasonality, and animal behavior may influence outcomes.
7. Health and Nutritional Information Any health-related content on our Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with a healthcare professional before making dietary changes.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Capital H Farm and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
